iPhone Installations Steps

Step 1: Open iTunes app in PC or Macbook
Step 2: Connect your iPhone to PC
Step 3: As soon as you connect, a popup will open Trust This Computer? in the iPhone, click on ‘Trust’.

Step 4: A popup of Access Your Phone will open in iTunes, there click on Continue

Once above steps are completed and UDID is shared with us. ADAPP team will confirm that you can install app by following steps below

1- Go to top of this page and tap on ‘INSTALL FOR Apple Device‘ button.

2- You will be prompted with alert asking to install app. Tap ‘Install’.

After successful installation, you should see the ADAPP mobile app icon on your phone. Tap icon to start using it.

Android Installations Steps

Step 1: Go to top of this page and tap on ‘INSTALL FOR Android Device‘ button.
Step 2: As soon as the link opens in chrome browser then tap on ‘Download anyway’ button.
Step 3: Download will start in the background. Once downloaded it will be saved on your ‘File Manager > download’

Step 4: Allow ‘App Installation from Unknown Source. Open Phone Settings and Search ‘install unknown apps’ or ‘Unknown source installations’. And allow app installation from Unknown Source installations for ‘File Manager’.

Step 5: Open File Manager

Step 6: Go to Download Folder

Step 7: Tap on adapp-mobile-app.apk file and confirm install.

Step 8: After successful installation, you will be able to see ‘App Icon’ on your phone. You can tap on that to launch the application.
